Construction is underway on a 259-unit apartment development at 740 Tennant Ave. in Morgan Hill, according to the city’s project page.
The project, called Tennant-Ten South Acquisitions, covers an 11.25-acre site zoned PUD (CH). The city’s plans show apartment buildings, six-plexes and a clubhouse.
The city lists the project as an SB 330 builder’s remedy development and has posted a builder’s remedy settlement agreement and Planning Commission Resolution No. 24-14 on the project page. The page does not summarize the settlement’s terms, say how many of the units will be affordable or give building heights.
The city says the project did not require review under the California Environmental Quality Act because a design permit without a subdivision or other discretionary approval is ministerial.
The project number is SR2024-0003. The page lists Development Services Director Jennifer Carman as a contact at jennifer.carman@morganhill.ca.gov or 408-310-4657.
